How do I schedule an expert consultation?
To book a consultation, make sure you have a subscription that includes the Hair Mesotherapy Kit (Pen & Serum). Once you qualify, you can easily schedule your consultation through the customer portal. The booking option will appear on your My Hairgenetix page.
How can I create a customer account?

Once registered, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Simply confirm your email, and you'll be able to sign in to your account anytime via hairgenetix.com/account.
How can I sign up for MyHairgenetix?
To get started, create your account and log in at hairgenetix.com/account. Once you're signed in, go to the "MyHairgenetix" page. On mobile, you’ll find it in the menu (tap the three lines); on desktop, it’s located on the left-hand side. Scroll down to the "How to earn points" section, locate the "Sign up for MyHairgenetix" box, and click "Sign up". You can then access your rewards section at the top of the page. Please note: it may take up to 24 hours for your MyHairgenetix account to activate. If it hasn’t appeared right away, try refreshing the page.
