Refund policy
Returns within 30 days
You can return unopened products within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund of the product price. The product must be unused and in its original, sealed packaging.
For hygiene reasons, opened serums, vials, cartridges and supplements cannot be returned.
To return a product, email [email protected] with your order number. You pay the cost of sending the product back. We refund you within 14 days of receiving the return, to the payment method you used.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you, at no cost to you. This does not affect your legal rights if a product turns out to be faulty.
The 4-month money-back guarantee
If you use one of the following as directed and do not see visible results after 4 months, we refund your purchase:
- the Hairgenetix Mesotherapy Pen with the Advanced Hair Growth Serum;
- a Hairgenetix Derma Stamp set (PDRN or GHK-Cu).
To qualify:
- Do at least one treatment session a week for 4 months (at least 16 sessions).
- Take a photo of the treated area once a month.
- Send your claim within 2 months after the end of the 4-month period.
What is refunded: the pen and up to 4 boxes of Advanced Hair Growth Serum (5 vials per box), or the Derma Stamp sets used in those 4 months, up to 16 vials. One claim per customer per product, for products bought on hairgenetix.com. The Copper Peptide Hair Growth Serum, shampoo and conditioner are not part of the guarantee.
To claim, use the claim form on our guarantee page or email [email protected]. Send back the pen or the stamp, and any unopened vials, with your order receipt. You can choose a refund or a replacement. We process your claim within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the return.
What is not covered
We do not give refunds because the microneedling itself felt uncomfortable (section 9 of our terms and conditions).
